# What First Class adds

Kindredly is free: fifteen strangers' letters on your desk a day, five new letters of your own, and no limit on the letters inside a correspondence. First Class is the optional paid fare. It lifts the daily cap on new letters, keeps every room with a kindred open, adds voice letters (recorded in the iPhone app) and gives your courier her full wardrobe.

- free: 15 strangers' letters a day, 5 new letters of your own, no limit inside a correspondence
- First Class: no daily cap on new letters
- rooms with a kindred never close, and a closed one can be reopened
- voice letters, recorded in the iPhone app
- prices are shown before you pay

## what's free.

Everything that makes Kindredly work: fifteen strangers' letters on your desk a day, five new letters of your own a day, every correspondence with no limit on the letters inside it, your courier, the stamps, and trading names after five letters each way.

## what first class adds.

## what it doesn't change.

Paying doesn't change who you're matched with or move your letters up anyone's desk. The match is the writing, for everyone.

## where to buy it, and how to stop.

In the iPhone app, First Class is an App Store subscription, and you manage or cancel it in your Apple account. On the web, you pay by card at checkout and manage or cancel it from First Class in your account. Cancel where you bought it. Prices are shown before you pay.

Paying on the web isn't open in mainland China yet.

## questions people ask.

### is kindredly free?

Yes. Fifteen strangers' letters on your desk a day, five new letters of your own, and no limit on the letters inside a correspondence, on iPhone and the web. First Class is optional.

### what does first class cost?

Prices are shown before you pay, in the iPhone app and on the web.

### do paying members get better matches?

No. Matching is by how you write, for everyone; First Class doesn't change who your letters go to or where they sit on anyone's desk.

### what happens to my rooms if I stop paying?

A room with a kindred that has gone thirty days without a word closes, as it does on the free plan. Your correspondences before names never close.

### how do I cancel?

Where you bought it: in your Apple account for the iPhone app, or from First Class in your account on the web.
